Boston Business Journal Includes Beth Waterfall on 2018 40 Under 40 List

BOSTON, August 28, 2018 – The Boston Business Journal acknowledged the growing influence and progress of the Commonwealth’s cannabis industry by including cannabis industry executive Beth Waterfall in it’s 2018 40 Under 40 Class.

"The 40 Under 40 program is one of the most competitive awards programs we run, and this year’s class really does represent the best and the brightest in Massachusetts," said Boston Business Journal publisher Carolyn Jones.

This is the second time that the Journal has highlighted someone from the cannabis industry in its 40 Under 40 project. Massachusetts Cannabis Advisory Committee member and founder of Ardent LLC Shanel Lindsay was the first to receive the honor in 2017.

“The most rewarding part of this honor is being the second woman in what will undoubtedly be a significant and long chain of cannabis industry leaders and influencers acknowledged by Boston’s premier business publication,” Ms. Waterfall said. “I thank the clients and friends who nominated me, and thank the BBJ staff for taking the bold step in acknowledging the work of individuals dedicated to educating the public and breaking the stigma against the cannabis plant and those working with it.”

The 2018 40 Under 40 class will be feted at a reception on October 17 at the Red Lantern in Boston. For more information and to view the whole list, click here.
